The “Dare2Fit” program is led by Col(Retd) M Mohanty, a certified nutritionist, weight management coach and Fitness Trainer who achieved a weight loss of 20 kgs and 11″ waistline in just 8 months and maintaining it since last two years.
“Dare2fit” offers online fitness sessions via Zoom, opening online masterclasses on our scientific healthy weight loss programme, weekly weight loss boot camps, regular one to one consultations,, diet plan and monitoring.
Customised workout ,diet, water management, meal and sleep plan.
The program costs just 5999/- for a period of six months, to be paid in advance.
Trial fitness sessions for weight loss aspirants are available for one month at 299/-, and regular fitness sessions for health enthusiasts are available at 299/- per month, to be paid in advance.

Client Assessment
We'll typically start by conducting an assessment of client's fitness level, health history, and goals. This could involve measurements like body composition, strength tests, and flexibility assessments.
Creating Individualized Programs
Based on the assessment, we'll design personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's needs, preferences, and goals. This could include a combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, flexibility work, and possibly nutritional guidance.
Instruction and Demonstration
We'll demonstrate exercises and provide instructions on proper form and technique to ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively.
Motivation and Support
One of the most important aspects of being a trainer is providing motivation and support to our clients. This could involve encouragement during workouts, tracking progress, and offering positive reinforcement.
Monitoring Progress
We track our clients' progress over time, adjusting their programs as needed to ensure they continue making progress towards their goals.

Col (retd) Maheswar Mohanty (71 years young)
I had been brisk walking 60 minutes every morning ever since I retired but I wasn’t losing any weight or inches instead I was putting on weight day by day. One day in a mall I was shocked and embarrassed to see myself in the changing room mirror, I hurried back home and checked my weight and to my utter surprise, I was 81 kgs with 41” waistline. It was May 2021 That day I took a solemn pledge and decided to come to my ideal weight and shape. Since I am logic and practicality driven person , I decided to understand nutrition and fitness first. I joined a Diploma in applied nutrition and a diploma in personal training from NFNA. I never used to think in my wildest of dreams that one day I can become a fitness trainer especially as a dance -cardio , dance- aerobic , body weight workouts and light Jumba trainer at this age. The compliments and admiration I got made me decide to help everyone, who is interested in weight management/weight loss and achieve their dream body, shape, and fitness. This vision and idea of mine gave birth to Dare2fit Healthy and Scientific Weight Management Program. Minati Mohanty (66 yrears young)
I got inspired by seeing the excitement of my husband with his dream body, I decided to start my weight management journey with Dare2fit under the guidance and mentorship of my husband Col (retd) Maheswar Mohanty, the founder of Dare2fit. I was never a foodie and was always conscious about my portion. But I was gradually putting on weight. People said it’s happening because of the age. When I attended the master class of Dare2fit, I believed and realized why I was putting on weight. This helped me to develop a strong mindset and belief that I can achieve my dream shape. Hi ! This is Pratyashi P M . I came to know about Dare2fit Healthy & Scientific weight management program under the mentorship of Col M Mohanty through my friend. I have been trying to manage my weight at a healthy level for the last 4 to 5 years. Sometimes I will lose some weight and again regain a major chunk of my lost weight within 5 to 6 months due to the hectic and frequent dislocation schedule in my job. I am a very health-conscious person. I wanted to achieve & maintain my ideal body weight. Umakanta (59 years young)
Hi I am Umakanta, I was extremely inspired by physical transformation Col Maheswar Mohanty after following Dare2fit on FB. I took his advice and enrolled myself in the weight management & Health transformation program. I weighed 120kgs and was suffering from many health challenges such as diabetes, Hypertension and severe joint pains, I had also experienced a minor heart attack. As a last resort in absolute desperation, I reached out to Col Mohanty from Dare2fit through FB and enrolled into their health transformation program in May 2023. It took me some time to follow as I was not used to physical working out and mindful eating let alone have any knowledge about nutrition. Now I am 90 kgs in weight. Hi I am Capt Basudev Rout, a retired Army Junior Commissioned Officer. I have been following Dare2fit on Facebook. I became inspired by Col Mohanty’s fitness level and his entire weight loss journey so I joined his online fitness sessions on Zoom in March 2023, I came to know he is a certified Nutritionist and fitness trainer. I have been quite worried about my diabetes, and blood pressure-related medication. I was also overweight at 74 kgs and would get tired very fast.
I attended one of his healthy living master classes and understood I could manage my health problems with a few minor changes under Col Mohanty’s guidance, with this I started my weight management and healthy transformation Journey in April 2023. I was taking heavy medication for my diabetes and that was my biggest concern, I started following his customized diet and Nutrition plan and became regular at his fitness sessions. Within a year with great commitment and Col Mohanty’s consistent counseling, I have now reduced my medications to 50%. My blood sugar dropped from 240-280 to 110-140, my BP is normal and I dropped 5 kgs body fat also. Now I feel much more fit and have improved stamina.
